A few things about shipping, delays, and refunds.
Pipit's Bakery's products contain no preservatives, therefore, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible for a reasonable price.
We use Priority Mail 2-day shipping through the United States Postal Service. We believe this is the most reliable and economical method of transporting our products safely and quickly to all 50 states within 2-3 business days.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We ship our products every Wednesday for delivery Friday or Saturday depending on the products final destination.
Please note, the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates. Due to this, Pipit's Bakery is not responsible for shipping delays with the USPS or packages due to delays of weather, incorrect address or other shipping information errors supplied by the customer.
By placing your order with us, you are agreeing that once your order is delivered to the post office and you receive a tracking number, your package is in the USPS control until it arrives at your front door.
Please double check your shipping address to ensure fast and correct delivery.
We do not ask the post office to require a signature, so packages are delivered where the USPS mail is normally delivered. If you are shipping to a post office box, make sure the recipient knows that it is coming in case they do not check regularly.
We provide a tracking number for each package mailed out. If you do not receive one or your package does not arrive, contact us and we can work with the USPS to track it down.
Pipit's Bakery wants you to enjoy our products and keep coming back for more.
In that regard, in the rare case you are not satisfied with our products, please reach out. We examine each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine next steps. We will do everything we can do make your experience with us the best it can be.

(1) a detailed description of the reason for your dissatisfaction.
(2) A picture of the product or products, if possible.
No refunds or reships will be provided due to weather related issues, delayed discovery of delivered packages, or simply not liking the taste of a product (which never happens).
